I have seriously fallen in love with lemon in desserts. Not to long ago, I actually detested lemon in anything, but it has now become one of my favorite flavors to consume!

These Lemon Sugar Cookie Bars are pretty fabulous! The sugar cookie has cream cheese in the batter which helps the texture of these bars to be unbelievably good! And as if the lemon sugar cookie base wasn’t delicious enough, I topped it with an incredible creamy frosting.

This dessert was a HUGE hit! I couldn’t stop eating them! Everyone who tried it gave it rave reviews. I promise that after one bite you will be hooked just like me!

It has just the right amount of lemon to produce a refreshing and light flavor without it being overbearing or too much.

This is the perfect summertime treat! Definitely give these a try! You won’t regret it!
