A delicious silky smooth chocolate mousse filling with a Oreo cookie crust and topped with sweetened whipped cream. This is truly a magnificent pie!
I am SO excited it is Memorial Day weekend! My family always gets together for a delicious BBQ. How can you go wrong with good food and good company?!
Without a doubt, one or two glorious pies are always in attendance and this particular pie is one of my personal favorites!
It is a No Bake pie with a silky smooth chocolate mousse filling and a sweetened whipped cream topping. The Oreo crust provides a nice flavor and texture.
Everyone who tries this pie has nothing but the highest praises for it. It is truly a chocolate lover’s dream dessert.

I hope you all have a safe and wonderful Memorial Day :)

Hello! I had a few questions about this recipe. I had sent you an email a couple of days ago to chefintraining.recipes@gmail.com and I'm not sure if you got the email! Is that the correct email to send questions to? Or maybe it went in spam? Regardless, I just made two of these pie's. One for my family, and one for my aunt. They both turned out differently. When I added the gelatin part of the recipe to the mousse, it did have stiff peaks and then the gelatin portion made it more runny. Like I could only pour it on the Oreo crust. Did I do something wrong? The gelatin portion was not thick, just watery. I couldn't get that mousse part right on either pie, I think they will turn out okay, but both times they were not as thick as pictured in your photos, and the second time I think I overbeat the mousse because it became this weird bubbly looking thing. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong! And what email I should use! Thank you!
P.S. I can't give a rating yet because it's still refrigerating. :) I bet it will be awesome though!

Should the cream inside the Oreos be removed before crushing in the food processor? I've made pie with an Oreo crust before and it always ended up being too hard and difficult to cut. I'd like to try again though because that looks mouthwatering. Please help.

This recipe needs to be re-tested. Adding the gelatin mixture as directed deflates the cream and chocolate mixture. You don't need the gelatin to make this work. Please be more careful and have others test your recipes first.

The same thing happened to me! I am going to make it again today because it is a really delicious recipe but the gelatin just did not work at all. I'm going to leave it out so I'm glad you commented because I didn't know if it would work!
