This Cream Cheese Frosting is absolute perfection! It is light, creamy and fluffy.
This is a perfect topping for cakes, cookies, brownies… pretty much even on a spoon.
I know you will love this classic frosting as much as I do!
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 5½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 Tablespoon heavy cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and salt. Beat until creamy and smooth. Add more powdered sugar for a stiffer frosting in needed.
