This Frozen Fruit Salad brings a unique and tasty take on a simple idea. This recipe is super easy and quick to throw together and is made a day before which is a true time saver for the big day.

- 10 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup mayo
- 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped until stiff peaks form
- ¾ cup coconut
- 1½ cups pineapple chunks
- 1½ cup sliced bananas
- 1½ cups sliced strawberries
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayo, coconut extract and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream. Add coconut, pineapple, bananas and strawberries. Stir gently and pour into baking dish and cover.
- Place in the freezer for 24 hours before serving.
Is It possible to use greek yogurt instead of mayo??? This looks awesome
Want to make this for my daughter's baby shower in Julyt! Can I substitute another fruit for the bananas - she doesn't like them. What would you suggest? Thank you!
