If you found yourself saying yes to at least one of those three questions, today is your lucky day! These M&M Scotcharoo Cookies are a combination of the three and they couldn’t combine more perfectly! These cookies are no bake and spectacular.

The have elements that are ooey-gooey, crunchy, smooth and delicious. That is the recipe for perfection if you as me ;)

These cookies are super simple to make and packed with delicious flavor! They are super addictive and will have everyone asking for the recipe!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1½ cups peanut butter
  • 6 cups chex cereal
  • 1½ cups M&M's
  • 1½ cups butterscotch chip
  • 1½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in 1½ cups peanut butter. Place Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Pour over peanut butter syrup over Chex cereal and carefully toss. Stir in M&M's. Scoop cookie size portions onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium size microwavable bowl add butterscotch chips, semi sweet chips and peanut butter. Stir every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Spoon chocolate mixture over cookie mounds. Let stand until set before serving.

    Is there any way that you could modify this and lose a good portion of the sugars?
    My husband is Type 1 and I am Type 2, but I love sweets like this, and it pleases me so much to tell him that what he is eating to made with no added sugar or is sugar free.
