Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken
Sundays for me are a day of easy dinners.I like to throw something into the crock-pot before church and have it ready to prepare once I get home. This is one of the easiest recipes, and yet so delicious! We like to eat it wrapped in a tortilla with lettuce and cheese, but you can serve it on top of rice as well for a delicious meal. Here’s the recipe:SLOW COOKER SALSA CHICKEN4 boneless chicken breasts 1 cup salsa1 package taco seasoning 1 can cream of chicken soup1/2 cup sour creamAdd chicken to slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning on the chicken. Mix salsa and cream of chicken in a seperate bowl and add to crock-pot over the chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours until chicken is done. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Shred the chicken and serve in a wrap or over rice.Enjoy!

I tried this yesterday! It turned out to be really great for chicken enchiladas filling! We actually had it as a wrap yesterday, then I used it for enchiladas smothered in cheese this evening... and I still had enough for another meal leftover, my goodness! Thanks for the idea!!! The chicken was so moist and perfectly cooked this way!!

I made this but added two more cans of cream of chicken and turned it into soup. Garnish with cheese and fresh tomatoes. Yum
