Fat Free Smoothies

Pregnancy makes me have a sweet tooth.So why not make that sweet tooth fat-free?! I know most of us just eyeball what we throw into the blender when we make a smoothie, but if you want to count calories this smoothie has 2 servings and has a whooping 238 calories per serving and 0 fat!!!I like to drink it for breakfast because its jam packed with fruit!You can also adjust any of the below things to the quantity you want.This one works for me.here’s the recipeFAT FREE SMOOTHIE3 medium strawberries1 medium banana1/3 cup dole pineapple orange banana juice6 oz peach yogurt (I use the 99% fat free)1 cup pineapple sherbert1 cup iceblend all ingredients together until smooth!enjoy!
