Pregnancy makes me have a sweet tooth.
So why not make that sweet tooth fat-free?! I know most of us just eyeball what we throw into the blender when we make a smoothie, but if you want to count calories this smoothie has 2 servings and has a whooping 238 calories per serving and 0 fat!!!
FAT FREE SMOOTHIE
3 medium strawberries
1 medium banana
1/3 cup dole pineapple orange banana juice
6 oz peach yogurt (I use the 99% fat free)
1 cup pineapple sherbert
1 cup ice
blend all ingredients together until smooth!enjoy!
