Crispy Ice Cream Balls

Fried Ice Cream could easily be one of my favorite desserts… my mouth is watering just thinking of it.

However, frying can be time consuming. These Crispy Ice Cream Balls are the perfect solution! They taste just like fried Ice Cream, only no frying and SUPER simple to make.

This is another delicious recipe from my Grandma’s recipe book. My aunt has been making this for years for our family and it always receives rave reviews. If you are looking to wow your company, then this is the recipe for you.

Mmm! What a perfect solution to a melty mess! I've made fried ice cream once in my life and how vowed to never do it again - it turned into a complete messy disaster! This sounds like a great way to eliminate all of that. Definitely saving this one!

How adorable are these!? My mind is already thinking of all of the different ice creams and cereals you could combine.

I crave the fried ice cream from Chevy's but there is no way I have the patience to make it at home! I love this alternative!

This one reminds me of my aunts version except she rolls ice cream balls in cornflakes mixed with granulated sugar and cinnamon then fries them and puts them in flour tortilla bowls that are fried and Topps them with strawberries with little sugar like a glaze
