I had some Rolos left over from those Rolo Cake Mix Bars that I made the other day, so what better way to use them up then in another dessert…. also involving a cake mix?! :) These cookies only have 4 ingredients and are seriously SO good! I highly recommend them!
- 1 bag of Rolos
- 1 box Devils Food Cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ c. oil
- Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs.
- Take a small ball of dough and form a ball around the rolo. (Only use enough dough to cover the rolo so it can spread through the cookie.)
- Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.

Yum, sounds good...and looks easy! My two major criteria for cooking/baking have been met. :)
I have made these many times, and still love them. I've also tried them with other candies instead of rolos. Mint kisses for christmas, and reeses. Both yummy as well.lmld.org
Would like to try these but what is 1 pkg of rolos. Does that mean 1 candy bar size pkg or a bag?

It is 1 bag. I'll fix that in the recipe. Thanks!
I've made these a few times, and they are my FAVORITE cookie EVER. Before I bake them, I roll them in granulated sugar (sometimes I add a little cinnamon to it) and it gives it a nice texture.

Delicious! I love that they use cake mix. I had leftover Rolo's from my cookies too. I just ate them. :)
My diet says "STOP BAKING THINGS WITH ROLOS!!!!" I cannot resist.

These cookies are hard to roll - very sticky. Is there a trick to this?
