Mouth Watering Monday: Leftover Halloween Candy

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Is it really the last day of October?!  This year is flying by!When I think of Halloween, I think of candy.  I don’t know about you, but in my home growing up, we always had so much leftover candy from tick or treating.  My friends and I were ambitious trick or treaters to say the least.  Two of our main leftover candies were always Tootsie Rolls and Whoppers. My mom used to always make “Whopper” Cookies (I will post those soon!) to use up all the whoppers.  I thought it would be fun for this Mouth Watering Monday to post some recipes you could use for all the leftover candy you will soon have as well as some yummy homemade candy bars.

Whopper Brownies from Blue Eyed Bakers.

Tootsie Roll Fudge from Taste of Home

and then for the fun of it…here are some yummy homemade candy in case you didn’t already get enough :)

Homemade Twix from Not Without Salt

Homemade Reeses from The Whimsical Princess

Homemade Butterfinger from Plain Chicken(Which uses candy corn if you have loads of left overs like we do)

and then one from my blog

Homemade Snickers

I hope you all have a fun and safe Halloween!Until Next Mouth Watering Monday!-Nikki
