Honey Lime Mango Chicken

With it being the new year, I am sure a lot of us are trying to eat healthier. I love when dinners don’t compromise on flavor just because they are “healthy”. This recipe is FABULOUS! The mango, pomegranate and avocado combine with the honey-lime coating to creating a chicken dinner that is not only full of wonderful textures but also delicious flavors.

    Is the pomegranate strictly necessary or could something else be substituted? I've hardly ever seen pomegranates in the shops here.

    Hi! Thanks for the recipe. I tried it tonight, and we loved the flavor combination. But, my chicken ended up a bit dry. Any suggestions? How thin were your breasts? The recipe doesn't mention how long the chicken should cook in the pan...it seemed to take a long time for mine to not be pink anymore. Thanks for your suggestions!
