New Years is this weekend!!! 2012 is going to be a great year, I can feel it! New Years Eve we always throw a party. This party is all about the finger foods! Appetizers and snacks that are quick and easily eaten. Remember a few posts ago how I told you that every Christmas Eve we have a Mexican feast? Well this was one of our party foods that was served at this year’s party. My brother-in-law Kelby and sister-in-law Michelle introduced me to this recipe and my family LOVES it! I love this dip. It reminds me of the Velveeta Cheese and Salsa combo my Mom used to make when I was a kid. she would heat it up and then we would watch Knots Landing together! Ahhh, good memories!
