I made these tonight! Well, i started the cookie dough center yesterday..but thats beside the point! Haha. They are delicious! I recommend though.. if you make them.. definitely wait until they fully cool to eat or even refrigerate over night. Like I said... GREAT RECIPE! Definitely worth trying. Warning: To whoever tries this recipe, my cupcakes sunk in and I have a feeling it was because i waited a little too long and let the cookie dough (which you have to make the day ahead and freeze) sit out too long and soften too much. GOOD LUCK TO ALL WHO HAVE THE GUTS TO TRY!

do you think this would work as a cake? make 2 layers and have cookie dough balls scattered in the mix?

Well I made my first 12 and they sunk in! I froze the cookie dough for 8+ hours, so I don't that was the problem... did I remove the cupcakes too quickly? I baked them for 19 min and even then they looked not totally done, but everything still bakes after they are outta the oven anyway... any suggestions/comments?

These are amazing! Just made them today! Sooo much butter! lol my first batch sunk in, then I cut the amount of cookie dough I put in the middle in half and the rest are perfect! Recipe makes 36 though:) the more the merrier!

I just made these, they didn’t come out exactly like I’d hoped. They were still very raw after 18 min, I ended up cooking for 25-27 min total. The cookie dough seemed to migrate to one side of the cupcake too. Also 3 tbsp of batter wasn’t nearly enough to fill the cups 2/3 so I didn’t get nice muffin tops. I did like how clear the directions on making the batter were, especially with how to add ingredients and what consistency to look for.

These are the BEST cupcakes!! This is my 2nd time making them, and I can hardly wait to dig in to one (or two or three, lol). I will try to save some for my party tonight but I make no promises. ? Thank you for such a fantastic recipe!!!
