Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Frosting

One of my favorite recipes on the blog is my Cream Cheese Cookie Dough Frosting. It is seriously perfection for all cookie-dough lovers out there.

I have made a few adaptions recently and can’t wait to share them with you.

The first one I am going to share is this Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Frosting. We put it to the test and every single person that tried it, which was about 7 or so, said it tasted JUST LIKE Peanut Butter Cookie Dough… only egg free! If you love peanut butter cookies or peanut butter in general, then this is one recipe you are going to want to try!

This frosting tasted incredible accompanied by some chocolate cupcakes… who doesn’t love the peanut butter-chocolate combo after all?! Even my mom, who doesn’t normally care for peanut butter thought this recipe was outstanding!

We topped our frosted cupcakes off with a Hershey’s Kiss to give it the appearance of a Peanut Butter Kiss Cookie.

What is dream whip and where can I get it or can I substitute for it?

    1. Chef in Training

Found in the baking aisle next to the marshmallows and pie crusts. It is a powdered mix. You can omit it though if you want, I just like to add it for the nice texture it brings :)

What is dream whip? I have not heard of it.

Been using "Dream Whip" for over 45 years! I use it when I make my "Pistachio Cake" recipe. You can ususally find it in the isle of your grocery store where your baking supplies/needs/ingredients/etc. are found.
