Miniature S’more Pies

I am a total S’more fanatic. I love it in all shapes, forms and varieties.

Today’s recipe is nothing short of incredible. The graham cracker crust of the pie is the perfect hint of crunch to the soft, pillowy, marshmallow center. The chocolate ganache compliments the dish perfectly with its creamy richness.

I saw a fun recipe for Mini S’mores Pies over on my cute friend over at Lil’ Luna blog and wanted to put my own spin on it.

My husband is not typically a dessert person. If you couldn’t tell by his “Hubby Favorites”, desserts don’t really make the list often. That being said, he ate 3 of these pies in one day, which honestly surprised me. He told me I definitely need to make these again.

These Miniature S’more Pies would be the perfect personal-sized dessert for a dinner party you are hosting. They require very little work and no baking.

Oh yum! I love s'mores. I make them in the microwave. Not quite the same as the campfire, but it gets me by until we have a fire again. I will absolutely be making these! So much neater to eat when you have company. Thank you.

Can these be made a day ahead and refridgerated? Wasn't sure if the crust would get soggy....

I made this recipe last weekend and it was delicious! I read some of the comments and to answer some questions... when I made this recipe I put it into the large 9 inch graham cracker crust instead of the 6 minis. Also, I added more marshmallow fluff until I could taste the marshmallow more so. I kept the pie refrigerated because of the cream cheese in the recipe and I didn't notice the crust being soggy. Overall the recipe was delicious, easy, and really tasted like smores after adding more marshmallow fluff then the recipe calls for. I would recommend it to anyone! Thank you so much for the recipe!

Has anyone got any brilliant ideas on how to make this dairy-free? I've recently learned that dairy and I are no longer on speaking terms... but would LOVE to make these.

    Help?

  18. Raquel

I made those a few months ago and they really work. I find it hard to find recipes online from sources I don't know, cause they usually end up bad, but these mini smores are AWESOME!!! I'm making again tonight!!!
Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe! ;)
