Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

I shared these on a guest post I did for my friend Ashton at Something Swanky a couple weeks ago, but today I am going to share them with you :)

These Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies are such a classic recipe, but I tell you what, I have yet to find a peanut butter cookie recipe I like better :) These were a staple made by my mom and grandma growing up and I am more than happy to carry on the tradition!  If you like the peanut butter-chocolate combo, then these are definitely the cookies for you!

Hi Nikki! I have been following your blog since I saw the creamy chicken enchiladas on Pinterest which are soooo good! I had to 4x the recipe to freeze a bunch because my family loves them. I didn't know you were friends with Ashton. I grew up with her in North Carolina. Small world!

I am going to be participating in a cookie swap for work, and I really like these ideas you have on your site. The only thing that I find that would be helpful is how many cookies each recipe makes.

The best pb cookies I've ever had. Texture is perfect and flavor is delightful. However, instead of putting kisses on top, i chopped up some Reese's cups and folded them in the batter. They were a huge hit at our family gathering. :) Thanks!
