Instructions

  1. FOR THE COOKIES: Mix and roll into small balls. Gently flatten.Bake 350 F for 8-10 minutes. BUT DO NOT OVER BAKE! Its better to be a little undercooked but not over cooked. The softer the better.
  2. FOR FROSTING: Mix frosting ingredients together adding more milk/powdered sugar to reach desired consistency.

Enjoy!

This looks like such a great recipe but I am so new in the kitchen, can you please let me know which ingredients are for the cookie dough and which are for the icing? #blondemoment

Hi Candice! No problem at all, I should just go in and make them separate myself. The cookies are just the cake mix, oil and eggs! Thats it! Simple huh?! The rest is the frosting! Let me know how you like them! Have a great day :)

Hi! love your great ideas for recipies :D
Have a question, I dont live in USA, what kind of cake mix do you use, maybe I can find it here. The Betty Crocker one would work? for the cookies you mix de box with eggs and oil and thats it? sounds to easy hahaha.
    Have a great day!

These look heavenly. However, you might need to have a heading for what is the ingredients for the cookies and what is for the creamy goodness in the middle. (some of us would have mixed it all together….ha ha)

    Thanks for sharing.

Made these for my neighborhood block party. Sooooo good! I used another frosting recipe because I had the ingredients bought before I decided to try these out, but I’m sure they’re great with that one too. Similar to a whoopie pie, but easier to make and better!!! Thanks for all the great recipes!

Hi! This looks amazing. I am just having a hard time understanding the dough part. It says Mix and roll into small balls. So i mix the chocolate flour and the eggs and oil and bake them for a little bit? Sorry :P
