Strawberry Cream Puff Kabobs

I helped throw my sister a bridal shower this weekend.  The menu was DELICIOUS!  Some of the yummy things we served were the Blueberry Danish Puff (one of my personal favorites), Cinnamon Rolls, Fruit and Fruit Dip, a bunch of breakfast casseroles, and these little beauties!….I can’t describe how EASY these are to throw together….and they make for a pretty presentation, too!  I mean who doesn’t love cream puffs, strawberries and chocolate?!  These would be fabulous to serve at your next party, get together, shower, or for a yummy Valentine’s day treat!Pin ItSTRAWBERRY CREAM PUFF KABOBSrecipe from: Get Off Your Butt and Bake6 (10-inch) bamboo skewers18 tiny frozen cream puffs (from 13.2-oz box), thawed12 fresh medium strawberries (about 2/3 lb), stems removed if desired2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips1 tablespoon criscoLine cookie sheet with waxed paper.
