RANCH HOUSE CROCK POT PORK CHOPS w/ PARMESAN MASHED POTATOES
recipe from: Real Mom Kitchen
6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 packet dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning
10 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
4 lbs peeled, cubed potatoes
5 Tablespoons real butter
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
6 cloves roasted garlic (directions are below)
1- 1 1/2 Cups warm milk
1 Tablespoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper, or to taste
Place pork chops, Ranch seasoning and soup into a medium sized crock pot over high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 6 hours.
Place potatoes into a large pot of cold water. Place onto stove top over high heat and bring to a boil. Once water is boiling, cook for 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and transfer to the work bowl of a stand or electric mixer. Mix on low until potatoes are mashed then add butter, Parmesan, garlic, milk, salt and pepper. Season to taste if needed. For thinner mashed potatoes add more milk, slowly until your desired consistency.
Scoop mashed potatoes onto serving plates and top with pork chops and soup gravy from crock pot. I put a little parsley on top to serve.
Roasted Garlic
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place bulb of garlic with skins on, wrap lightly in tin foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove from foil and let cool for 15 minutes. Remove garlic from skins, place in a bowl and mash with a fork until completely mashed. Set aside. One garlic bulb will have around 12 cloves.
Enjoy!

This recipe looks CRAZY delicious. We kind of have an affliction to crockpot meals because they always taste the same, "crock potty." Will have to try this one out!
Oh, I just love your recipes….They are just mouth watering….You have an award at my blog. http://www.alilcountrysugar.blogspot.com
I actually just tried that recipe myself, I found it on pinterest. It is sooooooo good! The pork chops were so tender and those had to be the best potatoes I have ever made! :)

I haven't bough pork chops in years because I never like how they taste, usually too hard and chewy. I'm going to try this because I bet the crockpot makes them tender and that gravy looks delicious! Thanks for recipe!!

Everyday Mom's Meals
Found your recipe on Pinterest and made it last night…WOW!! So delicious. I'll be raiding your archives for more yumminess :)
Could you make this w/ chicken?
Found your recipe on Pinterest. I made this tonight and it was a little salty for my taste and there really wasn't much gravy. It still tastes great however. I think next time, because there WILL be a next time, I may double the soup, hoping to get more "gravy" and spread the salty flavor out.
Thank you.
Made this recipe tonight,,, very simple and both my son and husband enjoyed the chops. Very tender,, Thanks for sharing! The crock pot italian chicken recipe is on the menu for tomorrow night !! :)
Would like to try this, are these pork chops boneless or bone-in?
I too have an aversion to "crock pot" meals, but this looked good, so I tried it tonight and it was excellent! I will make it again and thanks for teaching me about roasted garlic.
Tried this meal tonight! It was a success!!!
I made this for dinner tonight — it was EXCELLENT!!!!! This is going to be a regular meal at our house!
I made this for our Christmas dinner…ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS…and so easy too..My family raved over it !!!
Might try this with Chicken as the family doesn't care for pork chops!! Sounds DELISH!!
delicious!!!!! I was thinking may be good with cream of mushroom soup too!
Love your website! I am making the pork chops tonight! The energy bites look delicious too. I will be using several of your recipes to change up my dinner time rut! Thanks!
IAM MAKING THE PORK CHOPS TONIGHT, THEY LOOK DELICIOUS
Big hit with my family!! Lots of raves over the mashed potatoes!!
Is this recipe really complete? I mean, think about it – cream of chicken soup is usually thinned with a full can of liquid, and here you're adding NONE. I made this tonight – gravy was crazy thick and salty. Maybe because I only cooked two chops, not six, so there was less meat juice – idk. I thinned it with at least 3/4 -1 cup of water, and it was still a nice, thick gravy, but much smoother. In the end, it was good, but still very salty – and I NEVER complain about salt! I probably will try other recipes rather than making this again…
LOVED this recipe! It was a bit salty, so next time I think I'll add an extra Cream of Chicken and a little less than the whole bag of Ranch Dressing….but otherwise, it was fantastic. The hubby said it was a keeper!
This is salty because of the Ranch mix I used just barely any mix and it is great. I have mixed ranch dressing in with milk or mayo and brushed onto chicken before which is also great.
Going to try it this weekend, but going to put 2 Breast(boneless) & 2 (boneless) pork chops together in the crock pot…But I wonder if can try this recipe and put in my pressure cooker? Has anyone done this with a pressure cooker…please let me know…Rachel
Totally made this tonight and it turned out FABULOUS!!! The only thing I did different is I made it on the stove in 2 hrs instead of the crock pot. It was so easy after a long day of remodeling my bathroom. Thanks
We tried this recipe and it was the BOMB! Wow, what a comfort food dinner. Thanks. Robin
Just tried this recipe……Absolutely amazing! I will be making this again.
Like many others, I found these on Pinterest. They were really great! I made it with 3 really thick pork chops. Mine could have used a little more "sauce", but overall it was great. I made the mashed potatoes as well. My husband LOVED the meal!
Made this tonight. I loved it. It was a hit and miss with my three kids. I think the mashed potatoes was the best part. Will def. be making those again!
Made this tonight, and the pork chops were so tough, not even close to tender. So disappointed.
