Loaded Sweet Potato Casserole
This Casserole is LOADED with all things AMAZING! Marshmallows, candied pecans, brown sugar and butter... what could be better?!
Prep Time 15 minutes minutes Cook Time 20 minutes minutes
- 10 cups sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 Tablespoons orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups candied pecans
Boil potatoes until they are fork tender.
Drain and mash with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, orange juice and salt.
Pour in a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with marshmallows and pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
