Key Lime Pie
This recipe is easy, quick and delicious! A perfect summer treat!

Vanilla Wafer Crust
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer cookies crumbs
- 5 Tablespoons butter melted
Key Lime Cream Pie Filling
- 8 ounces heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
Key Lime Cream Pie Filling
Whip heavy cream and sugar together until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, add lime juice with condensed milk and beat until thick. Fold in whipped cream. Pour mixture into prepared cool pie crust.
Refrigerate for at least an hour and until ready to serve.
