Ingredients
Oreo Crust
24Oreos
1/4cupbuttermelted
Peanut Butter Cream Filling
1 1/4cupsheavy cream
1/2cuppowdered sugar
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
3/4cuppeanut butter
1 1/4cupspowdered sugar
Whipped Cream Topping
1cupheavy cream
1/2cuppowdered sugar
Additional Toppings
1/4cuphot fudge
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Oreo Crust
Blend oreos in a food processor.
In a medium mixing bowl combine them with the melted butter and press into a 9 inch pie pan.
Place the crust into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Peanut Butter Cream Filling
In a small mixing bowl beat cream for two minutes and then add powdered sugar and beat until stiff. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add the whipped cream that was set aside and beat again.
Pour peanut butter mixture into pie crust.
Whipped Cream Topping
In a medium bowl combine whipping cream and powder sugar. Beat until firm.
Top peanut butter cream pie with whipping cream.
Soften hot fudge in microwave for about 25 seconds.
Drizzle over the top of the whipping cream.
Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for at least a couple hours until set and ready to serve.
