Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler

Are all of you just soaking in the fall weather like a sponge? I sure am. It doesn’t take long for winter to hit here in Utah and fall is my favorite weather of all. The beautiful colors, the leaves on the ground, the warmth of my kitchen and warm and delicious food on my plate. I just love fall.

Peaches will always remain in my top 3 favorite fruits. This Peach cobbler is SO easy and only requires 3 ingredients. Thats right… THREE ingredients. I love easy dishes and this one is nothing short of delicious. I simply took my mom’s famous EASY Peach Cobbler and made it slow cooker friendly! Perfect!

I think I've only brought out my slow cooker once this season so I should bring it out more often, especially this time of year! Definitely going to have to make a Gluten Free Version of this one!

  2. Kathy

I've made the oven-baked version of this. It's good with cherry pie filling and chocolate cake mix, too.

  3. Janna

Do you prepare the cake mix or just use the dry ingredients in the box?

    1. Chef in Training

      Just dry from the box.

  4. Shannon

so you just pour the cake mix straight out of the box on top of the peach filling?

    1. Chef in Training

      yep :)

Just want to say that you are one of FEW cooks that I will try recipes for as you consistently post good recipes. So many show one thing that is nothing like what I end up with. Your maple-dijon chicken was delicious!!
