Pulled BBQ Pork

This meal is SO easy to throw together.  It is one of my go-to dinners when I am extremely busy.  You throw it in the crock pot and let it cook all day.  It is one of those meats where the longer it cooks, the more tender it gets.  By the time I go to shred it, it does most of the work for me because it is so tender!

PULLED BBQ PORK

2-3 lb Sirloin Pork Roast
1/4 small bottle of liquid smoke (enough to lather it up)
Famous Dave’s Rib Rub Seasoning
BBQ Sauce (we like Famous Dave’s or Sweet Baby Rays)
Hamburger buns

Lather pork roast with liquid smoke and then season with Famous Dave’s Rib Rub seasoning.
Put it in the crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Shred up and drain, saving the juices.  Place Shredded pork back in crock pot.  Add in as much juice as needed to keep moist.
Add BBQ sauce and keep on warm until ready to serve.

Enjoy!

This is one of my go-to meals too. I buy a package of boneless pork at Sam's Club for $7-$8 and it'll last us 2 meals and a lunch. Love it!

Do you need to add any water to the crock pot????? Wont it be too dry or something without it? Never made pulled pork but when I make shredded chicken I use some water or broth. I really want to try this, thanks!

You get it next to the BBQ sauces in the grocery store. It just give your meat a "smokier" taste. It is a small bottle.
