Do you have some last minute holiday gifts you need to get out? These Marshmallow Popcorn Balls are a fabulous option. They come together super quick and are a classic holiday recipe.
They are easy to change colors depending on the holiday or occasion and are chewy and delicious!
This recipe comes from my sister’s in-laws and has become one of her go to treats for neighbor gifts. I was super excited to have her share it with me and am thrilled to be able to share it with you today.

- 16 cups popped pop corn
- 1 cup butter
- 1⅓ cups sugar
- ½ cup corn syrup
- 1 (10 oz) bag marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In a medium sauce pan, melt butter, sugar, and corn syrup together. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. Pour over pop corn and stir until well incorporated. Spray your hands with cooking spray and form 3 inch balls. Place on parchment paper. Makes about 17 to 18 popcorn balls.
