Focaccia Bread

Focaccia Bread is one of my absolute favorite sides to any Italian meal. I have never gotten around to making it for myself but am so glad I finally did. This recipe comes from the Taste of Home Winning Recipes cookbook. This cookbook was given to me by my mom and is one I always find myself going back to.

This recipe was approved by each person in my family- even the picky eaters! The rosemary really gives this focaccia bread a unique flavor, but if you are not crazy about the rosemary flavor, you can easily omit it.

Definitely give this recipe a go the next time you are whipping up an Italian dish. You will be amazed at how simple it is to make!

Gorgeous focaccia, Nikki! I made Sandwich Bread this week and it was either going to be that or focaccia. Looks like I'll be making it after all with your tempting recipe :) Pinning!

I make a version similar to this. We grow our own rosemary so it's so convenient to just go outside to snip off what we need.

I use the leftovers (if there are any) by cutting through the middle of a square piece of it and making sandwiches with it.

    Yum!
