Garlic Butter Herb Carrots

These Garlic Butter Herb Carrots are such a simple side dish and packed with flavor. The garlic and herbs bring such a delightful taste to the butter rich carrots. The dill and thyme really enhance each bite while keeping the side light and scrumptious. This side dish pairs well with so many main dishes and will become a new staple in your home.
Ingredients
  • 2½ cups sliced carrots
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat and add carrots. Cook for about 4 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add dill, thyme, salt, and pepper, and cook for another two minutes. Carrots should be fork tender when they are done.
