Philly Cheese Steak Sliders

These Philly Cheese Steak Sliders are perfect for game days, parties, or dinner. They are loaded with roast beef, green peppers, provolone cheese, sautéed onions and mayonnaise. This is a meal that will please the masses and have everyone coming back for more!
Ingredients
  • 15 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 to 4 Tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • ½ medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin slices
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 6 to 7 Provolone cheese slices
Topping
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 Tablespoon dehydrated onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
  1. In a medium skillet, add half of the oil and all the sliced onions. Cook on medium high until onions are golden brown. Remove onions.
  2. Add more oil to coat the bottom. Over medium high heat cook green bell peppers until tender.
  3. Chop deli roast beef into small bit size pieces.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, add all topping ingredients and stir well.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  6. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
  7. Slice rolls lengthwise.
  8. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  9. Spread mayo over rolls on both sides.
  10. Slightly separate the rolls.
  11. Place roast beef on the bottom of the rolls.
  12. Top with onions and green bell peppers.
  13. Top with Provolone cheese.
  14. Put the top of the rolls back on.
  15. Stir topping again and then drizzle over the top of rolls.
  16. Cover slider tightly with foil and bake for 13 minutes.
  17. Remove foil and bake another 3 to 5 minutes.
  18. Serve!
