Bacon Jalapeno Popper Chicken Roll Ups

These Bacon JalapeƱo Popper Chicken Roll Ups are flavorful and absolutely delicious! They are stuffed with a creamy bold filling that is pack with heat and cool and provides a satisfying bite each and every time. It is cheesy, creamy and loaded with a fabulous flavor!
  • 6 to 7 chicken breasts, thin cut or pounded thin
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened and divided
  • ¼ cup jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • ¾ cup bacon, cooked and chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl mix 4 ounces cream cheese with the jalapenos.
  4. Lay chicken out on a flat working surface.
  5. Divide up the jalapeno cream cheese between the chickens and place in the middle of the chicken.
  6. Roll up the chicken breasts and place them in the baking dish.
  7. With the remaining cream cheese make small pieces and places them over the chicken.
  8. Cover chicken with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and spread the grated cheddar cheese over the chicken and sprinkle the bacon over the cheese.
  10. Cook for another 7 minutes or until the chicken is done.
