This Grilled Tangy Chicken has such a delicious punch of flavor and the marinade is loaded with yummy ingredients. It is perfect for busy days or when you want dinner in a hurry. It is a summertime staple at our home.
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup Worchestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons dry mustard
- 2½ teaspoons salt
- 1 Tablespoon black pepper
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 1½ teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Combine all ingredients in a large glass dish.
- Add chicken and marinate for it least 4 hours. (You can marinate it overnight.)
- Grill on low and until chicken is cooked through, turning the chicken over half way through.
