Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie

This Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie is a show stopper! The amount of peanut butter flavor is perfection and wonderfully paired with a simple Oreo crust. The two together make for a heavenly bite each and every time!
Oreo crust
  • 24 Oreos
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
Peanut Butter Cream Filling
  • 1¼ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • 1¼ cups powdered sugar
Whipped cream topping:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup hot fudge
  • mini chocolate chips for garnish
Oreo Crust
  1. Blend oreos in a food processor.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine them with the melted butter and press into a 9 inch pie pan.
  3. Place the crust into the refridgarator for 1 hour.
Peanut Butter Cream Filling
  1. In a small mixing bowl beat cream for two minutes and then add powdered sugar and beat until stiff. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the whipped cream that was set aside and beat again.
  4. Pour peanut butter mixture into pie crust.
Whipped Cream Topping
  1. In a medium bowl combine whipping cream and powder sugar. Beat until firm.
  2. Top peanut butter cream pie with whipping cream.
  3. Soften hot fudge in microwave for about 25 seconds.
  4. Drizzle over the top of the whipping cream.
  5. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
