Roasted Lemon Feta Asparagus

A delicious and flavorful vegetable side dish that is sure to be a new favorite!
Ingredients
  • 1 bundle of asparagus, washed and drained
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup feta
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • zest of ½ of a lemon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place asparagus in a baking dish.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the asparagus.
  4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until asparagus is cooked properly and is slightly browned.
