Southwestern Hummus

This hummus is so easy to make and has the perfect kick of flavor!
  • 1 (16 oz) can Garbanzo Beans, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • juice from ½ of lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon roasted red pepper
  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until you get the correct consistency.
  2. Dip Pita chips and enjoy!
