These cookies are so easy to make and are delicious!
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup Biscoff Spread
- 2½ cups dry rolled oats
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- In a large saucepan melt butter, milk and sugar in a sauce pan, stirring, until it reaches a rolling boil. Let it boil 1 minute.
- Remove from heat. Stir in Biscoff Spread, oats and vanilla until evenly mixed.
- Place spoonfuls of batter on parchment paper and lightly spread out and let cookies set up.
