Green Chile Jalapeño Dip! |
The perfect combo of heat and cool. It is SO easy to make and would make the perfect appetizer to any party!
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced jalapenos, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, drained
- ½ cup mayonaise
- ½ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
TOPPING
- ⅔ cup panko bread crumbs
- ½ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- In a large bowl, stir softened cream cheese, jalapeños, green chiles, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese together. Dump into an 8x8 pan or 8 inch Ramekin.
- In a small bowl, stir Panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese together. Pour evenly over the top of the dip.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until crumbs are browned on top and dip is heated through.
