Easy Pumpkin Bread
Fall is by far my favorite time to cook.
I love turning on my oven more frequently and enjoying the comfort food. Seriously, cooking in the fall makes my heart smile! One of my all time favorite things to bake in the fall is Pumpkin Bread. I cannot believe I haven’t posted a recipe for it yet here on my blog. I was a little shocked to say the least. Everyone needs their go-to pumpkin bread recipe, and this is the recipe I use, which I slightly adapted from Make it Do. I have been making this version for a few years now and my hubby raves about it each and every time.

I assume this recipe makes two loaves of bread. The recipe states to pour into greased bread pans. Has anyone made the recipe yet? Thanks!
Chef in Training

I'm confused about the canned pumpking. The only stuff I see on the shelf is pumpkin, sometimes called pumpkin pie filling, but it's only pumpkin on the list of ingredients. I also see a ready to make pie filling that has more in it. I assume just a can of the stuff that only lists pumpkin is correct, right?

Made this recipe last night and it is delicious! I would like to point out that it does make two loaves. That's in the comments somewhere but I didn't see it until I was getting ready to pour it into my loaf pan. My only other input is that it took almost 20 minutes longer to bake in my oven than the recipe stated. But the end result was perfect, exactly what my family wanted on a chilly fall day! Thank you!

This bread turned out fantastic! I kept one loaf for my family and shared a loaf with friends. Everyone (ages 22 months - adult) loved it! Will make this many, many more times! :)

This looks amazing! How many loaves does this yield? I was thinking 1 but then it said in the instructions: "Pour into greased bread pans". I'm thinking of making this for a neighbor as a thank you. I know my family will insist on a loaf for us to keep too. ;)

Do you think I can substitute almond or coconut flour ?
