Copy-Cat Wendy’s Frosty

Today is my little girl’s 3rd birthday!  I can’t even believe it has been 3 years since I held her for the first time. She is my little buddy and such a joy in my life!  She says and does some of the funniest things, always keeping me on my toes.

Since today is her day, I thought I would share with you a copy-cat recipe for one of her absolute favorite things in this world, Wendy’s Frosties.  Who doesn’t love a Wendy’s Frosty?! YUM!

This recipe tastes extremely similar! It is both kid and adult approved :)

Copy-Cat Wendy's Frosty

Only 3 ingredients and tastes extremely close to the real thing!
Recipe type: Dessert
Ingredients
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream, I typically use Frozen Yogurt found in the ice cream aisle
  • ¼ cup Nesquik Chocolate flavor
  • ¾ cup milk, I have used skim and it tastes just as great
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Enjoy!

So is the Nesquik the powder stuff, or the liquid stuff? Or doesn't it matter?

Great idea! I'm not going to lie though, my children were disappointed when they figured out it was chocolate and not vanilla. I don't think I should put in the chocolate powder next time, lol.
