I made this dish last night for dinner. I used Manicotti because it's what I had on hand. It was delicious! My mother, (who'll eat anything) loved it, however, My husband who is extremely finicky and my 6 yr old daughter (who eats like a 6 yr old) also loved it! My little one review was, "Mom, I don't like it... I LOVE it!!!"
This recipe is a keeper in our house!
