My husband’s favorite place to eat is Buffalo Wild Wings. We are regulars there- regulars meaning like once a month, unless its the NCAA, then we frequent the place weekly.

My husband ADORES their Medium Buffalo Wings. So I have scoured for a yummy copy-cat recipe. This one was a HUGE success!

With all the fun game days coming up, I have appetizers on the brain. These were a HUGE hit with all who tried them!

The recipe is really easy to make with really minimal work required. Definitely give these a try for your next gathering! They will disappear almost instantly!

Love me some wings!!! So have you ever tried WingCoop in Salt Lake? I'm telling you..... do it! They have some amazing combos there, too. You will love them!

You've managed to make me crave Buffalo Wings at 5:30 in the morning Ü I find by boiling (yes, boiling) my wings in lots of water, cayenne, black pepper and red pepper flakes really flavors the wings and also gets rid of excess fat. Those babies in the oven will be the crispiest wing you've ever had! Can't wait to make your medium buffalo sauce and slather up those wings! Thanks so much for sharing!

Boiling? That's so interesting. I'm still looking to make my perfect wing. Will have to give this method a try.

Could you post a recipe for wings that aren't hot? We don't care for really spicy food but do like mild wings. Thanks!

I've never boiled them, but I have steamed them first ala Alton Brown method. It's time consuming because they need to be refrigerated after steaming to allow the skin to really dry out. Crispy and tasty. And know I'm craving wings!
