Spinach Artichoke Dip Appetizer Pizza

Spinach Artichoke Dip happens to be one of my favorite recipes ever… I have had my recipe to share with you since the Super Bowl, but haven’t posted it yet (don’t worry, its coming soon!) It is my all-time favorite recipe, and believe me, I have tried a lot!

That being said, this recipe is about as easy as it gets. I simply bought a small container of already made Spinach Artichoke Dip for it to save on time. You can use your favorite recipe, or wait till I post mine, or simply do as I have done.

This pizza whips up in minutes. It is light as an appetizer should be- and I mean light as in not-too-filling, not as in low-cal although I am sure you could try and do it low cal. I couldn’t stop myself from devouring this tasty appetizer! You will love it and well as love the simplicity of it!

Nikki, this appetizer looks amazing! I can't wait to whip this up! It reminds me of something Applebee's used to offer years ago and then they took it off the menu. I was so sad because I would order it as my entree'!

What is the purple things on this pizza? There is nothing in the ingredients that would be that color.

sorry those are finely chopped red onions, I forgot to add them to the recipe but will do so. You just need a couple tablespoons worth. Not much :) Thanks for catching that!

I have had lapband surgery so cooking for one is a real challenge. I found my meal for tonight right here on your website. Making your Spinach-Artichoke Dip Appetizer Pizza and your No Bake Lime Cheesecake. Can't wait until tonight. This is my kind of meal. Thanks............
