The BEST Hot Fudge Sauce

A couple weeks ago I was visiting my parents house. My mom was going on and on about this chocolate sauce that my sister makes. She had me sample some and I was blown away. It is delicious on top of ice cream, fruit or basically anything you would like…even a spoon! Store any leftovers in the fridge and heat up as necessary!

I now ALWAYS have some on hand and ready made in my fridge! So you can thank my sister for this recipe! You are going to LOVE it!!!

The BEST Hot Fudge Sauce from chef-in-training.com ...Once you try this you won't be able to eat any other kind out there! It is SO good!

This is so going on our list of things to do this summer! We are putting our ice cream maker into over drive and I think this will go perfect with what we create!

I see a lot of people have asked about the size of the evaporated milk, but I do not see a reply. I have 2 sizes at my store, and want to get the right amount. If you could reply, that would be great. Thanks for the recipe!

I used the larger can of evaporated milk and it seemed to be the right call. However, it should really be whisked constantly, more than just stirring because mine is a little lumpy.
