The “Bad Day Cure” Recipe
So this is more of a funny post/just a fun idea.
Do you ever have days where nothing seems to be going your way, or maybe your attitude, energy and patience is non-existent?!
Last weekend I had one of those days… big time. We were visiting my husband’s family which made me feel even worse for my lack of patience. I told this to my sister-in-law who then proceeded to tell me she had the cure. A cure?! I was skeptical to say the least.
Desperately needing my day to turn around for the better, we headed to the grocery store.
Needless to say, after finishing this treat, my day did indeed turn around. Not sure if it was the sugar, the soda, the secret ingredient…chocolate, or maybe it was just a change of mind, but it did its job!
Next time you have a bad day, give this a try and see if it changes your day for the better :)
Look Familiar… It is a root bear float- with a secret ingredient… CHOCOLATE! It tastes absolutely WONDERFUL!
1. Place a couple scoops of ice cream in the cup.
2. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the ice cream.
3. Pour in the root beer and drink up!
Hope this works for your bad days, too!

I never would have thought to put chocolate in it...but I guess it does make everything better!!

Chocolate only improves things. Thanks, great idea!

I could use about six of these right now! It's been that kind of a day around here. :)

My grandmother always made these for me but she would use cream soda instead. The chocolate makes it divine!!

These are called "brown cows". If you put Coke in them instead of root beer they are called "black cows". So good.
