Mouth Watering Monday: 15 Weight Watches and Diet recipes

Be sure and join me on Facebook for the latest updates on new recipes!

I don’t know about you but for some reason the new year is always a big push for me to get into better shape! My cute sister is getting married next month (yay!)  And I think its time to get my butt in gear since the last family photo my mom has up in her home was from my wedding 4 years ago, March!  And since there is a 10-year gap in age between my sister and the next, this picture will probably be up a while :)To kick off the first Mouth Watering Monday for the new year, I thought it would be fun to have a slew of recipes that are diet friendly!
