Toasted Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies
There is a sandwich resturaunt called Paradise Bakery that I am IN LOVE with!…Not only for their sandwiches, but for their amazing cookies! One of their cookies inspired this cookie recipe of mine! They were SO GOOD and the coconut added such a yummy texture and flavor!
TOASTED COCONUT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1-2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Shredded Coconut
Put shredded coconut on a cookie sheet and broil until toasted and set aside.
Cream butter and sugars together.
Add dry ingredients and mix together.
Add semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Roll into 1-inch balls and press some of the toasted coconut on top.
Bake at 375 F for 8-10 minutes.
Enjoy!

What amount of chocolate chips do yu use in these cookies?
Chef in Training
Hi Jet. It is 1-2 cups. It just depends on your preference and how many chocolate chips you like in your cookies. Also, sorry for the terrible format. When I switched to wordpress all my recipes got jumbled up and I have slowly been going back and fixing them. I have fixed this one now so that it is in better format for you :)
