Frozen Coconut Limeade

My sister-in-law Sarah passed along this recipe from She Wears Many Hats.  I LOVE smoothies!  There is something about them that is just refreshing…especially when that smoothie involves coconut and lime! MMMM!This was a refreshing smoothie, I made my non-alcoholic and it was amazing!

Enjoy!

Sounds delicious. I wonder if you could use coconut water instead of the cream or rum?

This was really good. My husband doesn't like "fru-fru" blended drinks so I made his over ice and topped with some ginger ale. Awesome both ways. Thanks!

For a bit of freshness, try adding a little cilantro. DELICIOUS!!!
