Oreo Pudding Cookies

This is yet another yummy addition to my pudding cookie collection! We had to bring a treat to a get-together earlier this week and I wanted to bring something I hadn’t made before but that I knew would be a hit.  My mind instantly went to the pudding cookies.  They were SO good!

If you want to find the other pudding cookies so far on my blog, you can find them HERE

This time, I opened my pudding cupboard and pulled out cookies n’ creme. I just made the substitution to my pudding cookie recipe.  Everyone loved them!

Very nice! I have an almost identical recipe posted on my blog here: http://www.dreamingofwhitechocolate.com/2011/04/white-chip-oreo-cream-cookies.html I use 2 sticks of butter and also add a bag of white chocolate chips to take them over the edge.

Just took these outta the oven, and they are so good! I did make a couple of changes because my boyfriend doesn't real like chocolate (blasphemy, I know). I used the vanilla Oreo's instead of chocolate and used banana pudding. So yummy! :)

These are magical! My grocery store didn't have oreo pudding so I substituted vanilla pudding and then threw in a chopped Hershey's Cookies and Creme candy bar. So far, everyone loves them- thanks for a great recipe!

On your other reciped i tried it had mentioned you were baking at a higher altitude and the if your closer to sea level to use 2 sticks instead of 1.5. Is this the same for this recipe? In the process of making them now.
