S’mores Cupcakes

I love s’mores!
If you haven’t check out these S’more Cookie Bars, you need to!
I love to find new creations that involve the idea and flavors of S’mores! These cupcakes were pretty simple, fun and tasty!

(those are graham cracker chunks in the insides!)

S’MORES CUPCAKES
white cake mix (and eggs, oil, water according to box directions)
6 graham crackers
Marshmallow Creme Frosting1/2 cup butter
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
3 cups powdered. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4-6 Tbsp milk

Mix cake mix according to directions.  Once batter is made up, crush graham crackers into big chunks and stir into batter.  You can also add some chocolate chips if you would like.  Pour into cupcake tins and bake according to directions.
Once cupcakes are done, its time to make the marshmallow creme frosting!  MMM!

MARSHMALLOW CREME FROSTING
Beat softened butter, marshmallow creme and vanilla until well blended.  Add powdered sugar and beat.  Add in milk little by little until you reach your desired consistency.
Swirl on top of cooled cupcakes.  Top with chocolate chips and if you would like, drizzle some chocolate over the tops and add a crushed graham cracker!

Enjoy!

LOVE the graham cracker's in the cake idea! How fun! Do the graham's still stay crunchy? or do they blend in pretty well?
