Corn Salsa

This recipe comes from my Aunt Suzie. She makes it for most of our family get togethers and I can honestly tell you that this salsa is always scarfed down almost faster than it was made. I know you will love it as much as we do! It is the perfectly blend of flavors, textures and absolutely delicious and refreshing.

Corn Salsa! A refreshing and delicious appetizer! It disappears quicker than it's made! #recipe #appetizer

I LOVE this stuff! I could eat it all day ... seriously. This (yes, only this) is what we had for dinner tonight. Yum! Oh ya, and it's best eaten with Fritos scoops.

This looks sooo yummy! Is the Italian seasoning in the ingredients an Italian dressing packet?

  3. Colleen

Do you cook the corn first?

  4. Emily

I'm also wondering about the Italian seasoning packet. Is it Italian dressing? That is all I could find at the store.

I'm not fond of italian dressing/vinegar so I'm gonna make it without the vinegar or maybe add just a tablespoon.
