Biscoff Chocolate Chip Cookies

Newest obsession… Biscoff Spread.

Holy cow!… The stuff is incredible! For those of you wondering where you can buy some, I get mine at Maceys or Walmart.  Some other stores carry them and some don’t.  I hope to goodness a grocery store near you does because you need to get your hands on a jar of this stuff! You will be SO GLAD you did :)

I decided to try one of my favorite peanut butter cookie recipes and change it up a bit… end result: FANTASTIC!  These cookies turned out so soft and the flavor was amazing! My husband devoured them!

Yum, I am going to go and get some Biscoff today and give this recipe a try. I keep hearing about biscoff and guess it is time to get on the band wagon. I was slow to try Nutella and feel bad I missed out for so long; can't let that happen again.

I still haven't tried Biscoff... I'm so jealous of those who have. Once I get my hands on a jar, I'm making these for sure!!!

I've been buying the stuff for over a year because my son has a peanut allergy and I can't always find sun butter, but our Walmart always has the biscoff. Never really thought of doing a cookie with it (even though it is a cookie) now maybe he can have "peanut" butter/choc chip cookies like the rest of us.

Welcome to the Biscoff addicts club! I totally make mine at home--it's so easy and while it doesn't cut costs like crazy, it tastes awesomely fresh when baked into other stuff...like these cookies, which look, you know, kind of amazing? Thank you for sharing, and happy biscoffing!

What size scoop did you use and what was the yield? I want to make these for my son's hockey team and need to make sure I have enough for everyone! Thanks!
