Cookies and Cream Frosted Brownies |

These brownies are so fudgy and the frosting is AMAZING!
Brownies
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1⅓ cup flour
Cookies and Cream Frosting
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powder sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 (7 oz) jar marshmellow cream
- 14 oreos, roughly crushed
- 2 oreos, finely crushed
Brownies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl. Add vanilla and eggs and mix well. Add salt, cocoa powder and flour and stir to well combine. Do not over mix.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 22-25 minutes.
- Let cool completely
Frosting
- Cream butter and add powder sugar on low speed. Slowly add milk, vanilla, and salt. Beat until fluffy. Fold in mashmellow cream and the 14 crushed Oreos.
- Spread over cooled brownies.
- Sprinkle the finely crushed Oreos over the top of frosting.
